ok777 Terms & Conditions – Rules Governing Use of the Platform

1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply throughout the document unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

• "ok777" refers to the online betting and casino platform operated at the domain ok777.bar and all associated sub-domains, mobile interfaces, and digital products.
• "Platform" means the ok777 website, mobile web interface, and any software application through which ok777 products are made available to players.
• "Player" / "You" / "User" means any individual who accesses the Platform, whether or not they hold a registered account.
• "Account" means the personal account created by a Player following successful registration on the ok777 Platform.
• "BDT" / "৳" means Bangladeshi Taka, the functional currency of the ok777 Platform.
• "Bet" / "Wager" means any financial stake placed by a Player on a sports event, casino game, or any other product offered on the Platform.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bets, or matched deposit bonuses credited to a Player's account as part of an ok777 promotion.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer identity verification procedures applied by ok777 to confirm the identity and age of Players.
• "Self-Exclusion" means a voluntary restriction requested by a Player that prevents access to their ok777 Account for a defined or indefinite period.

2 Eligibility & Registration

2.1 Age Requirement. Access to ok777 is strictly limited to individuals who are 21 years of age or older at the time of registration. ok777 enforces this requirement through mandatory age declaration at registration and through KYC verification before processing any withdrawal. Players who are found to be under the age of 21 will have their accounts immediately suspended, all bets voided, and any deposited funds returned subject to verification of the payment method used.

2.2 One Account Per Person. Each individual may hold only one registered ok777 Account. Opening duplicate accounts — whether under the same identity or using different personal details — constitutes a breach of these Terms. ok777 reserves the right to merge, suspend, or permanently close duplicate accounts and to void any bets or winnings associated with them.

2.3 Accurate Information. You must provide complete, accurate, and truthful information during registration and at any point that ok777 requests verification. ok777 is not obligated to process withdrawals or honour bets placed on an account where registration information is found to be materially false or misleading.

2.4 Jurisdictional Responsibility. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and using ok777 complies with the laws applicable in your location. ok777 makes no representation that its services are lawful in every jurisdiction. Players who access the Platform from restricted territories do so at their own risk.

2.5 Employee Exclusion. Current employees, contractors, and immediate family members of ok777 and its affiliated technology and payment partners are not permitted to hold active Player accounts or place real-money bets on the Platform.

3 Account Management

3.1 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username, password, and any one-time passcodes (OTPs) associated with your ok777 Account. ok777 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account. You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances.

3.2 Unauthorised Access. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify ok777 support immediately via live chat. ok777 will temporarily freeze the account pending investigation. ok777 cannot be held liable for financial losses arising from unauthorised access where the breach resulted from your failure to safeguard your credentials.

3.3 Account Verification (KYC). ok777 may request identity documents at any time, including but not limited to: a valid national identity card, passport, or driving licence; proof of address dated within the last three months; and confirmation of the payment method used for deposits. Failure to supply requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals until verification is complete.

3.4 Inactive Accounts. An account is considered inactive if no login or real-money activity has been recorded for a continuous period of twelve months. ok777 may apply a monthly administrative fee to inactive accounts after this period. Players will be notified by email before any fee is applied. The account balance will not be reduced below zero as a result of inactivity fees.

3.5 Account Closure. Players may request account closure at any time by contacting ok777 support via live chat. Closure requests will be processed within five business days. Any remaining real-money balance will be returned to the Player's verified payment method after completion of any pending KYC requirements.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. ok777 accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank mobile banking, BRAC Bank, City Bank, and other payment methods listed in the Platform cashier at the time of deposit. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳).

4.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum single deposit is ৳500. ok777 reserves the right to adjust minimum deposit thresholds for specific payment methods or promotional periods with reasonable notice to Players.

4.3 Deposit Processing. Deposits via mobile wallets (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) are credited to your ok777 Account within 90 seconds of confirmed payment in normal operating conditions. ok777 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, network outages, or bank processing times outside of ok777's control.

4.4 Withdrawal Conditions. Withdrawals are processed exclusively to a payment method that the Player has previously used to make a qualifying deposit, unless ok777 support approves an exception following identity verification. ok777 reserves the right to request full KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000.

4.5 Withdrawal Processing Time. Withdrawal requests are reviewed within 24 hours of submission during normal business hours (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6). Mobile wallet withdrawals are typically completed within two hours of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to three business days depending on the receiving bank's processing schedule.

5 Betting & Gaming Rules

5.1 Bet Acceptance. All bets are subject to ok777's acceptance at the odds and terms displayed at the time of placement. ok777 reserves the right to decline or limit any bet without providing a reason, including bets placed by Players whose betting patterns indicate systematic exploitation of pricing errors or technical faults.

5.2 Void Bets. A bet may be declared void and the stake returned in circumstances including but not limited to: events being cancelled or abandoned without a result, manifest pricing errors, data feed failures materially affecting in-play odds, and circumstances where settlement would be contrary to the integrity of the sport or event.

5.3 In-Play Betting. Live in-play markets on cricket (BPL, IPL, Bangladesh Tigers matches), football, and other sports are offered at ok777's discretion. In-play odds are subject to rapid change. Once a bet is confirmed and accepted, it stands at the odds at the time of acceptance regardless of subsequent market movements.

5.4 Casino and RNG Games. All casino and slot games on ok777 are supplied by independent third-party providers using certified random number generators. ok777 does not manipulate game outcomes. Published Return to Player (RTP) figures represent theoretical long-run averages and do not guarantee specific outcomes for any individual session.

5.5 Results and Settlement. ok777 will use official results published by the relevant governing body (e.g., ICC for international cricket, BPL board for BPL matches) as the basis for bet settlement. Results used for settlement are final once confirmed by the governing body. ok777 is not responsible for subsequent corrections made after settlement has been completed.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms. All promotional offers made available to ok777 Players are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements communicated at the time the offer is presented. By claiming a bonus, you confirm that you have read and accepted the specific terms of that promotion in addition to these general Terms & Conditions.

6.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus Funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they or any associated winnings can be withdrawn as real money. The applicable wagering multiplier and eligible games or markets will be stated in the promotion details. Casino slots typically contribute 100% toward wagering requirements; live casino tables and sports bets may contribute at a lower rate as specified per promotion.

6.3 One Bonus Per Offer. Each promotional offer may be claimed once per Player, per household, and per IP address, unless the terms of a specific promotion explicitly state otherwise. Attempting to claim the same promotion multiple times using duplicate accounts constitutes bonus abuse and will result in forfeiture of all associated funds.

6.4 Bonus Expiry. Bonus Funds and any winnings derived from them expire if the applicable wagering requirements are not completed within the timeframe stated in the promotion terms. Expired Bonus Funds are removed from the account balance automatically.

6.5 Modification and Withdrawal of Promotions. ok777 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or permanently withdraw any promotional offer at any time. Material changes to ongoing promotions will be communicated to affected Players with reasonable notice. ok777's decision on all matters relating to promotional eligibility, wagering calculations, and award fulfilment is final.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on ok777 and may result in immediate account suspension, voiding of bets, forfeiture of funds, and reporting to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Opening or operating more than one Player account, or opening a new account after a self-exclusion has been applied to an existing account.
• Providing false, misleading, or fabricated identity or age information during registration or KYC verification.
• Colluding with other Players to manipulate the outcome of bets, casino game results, or tournament standings.
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, algorithms, or any non-human mechanism to place bets or interact with the Platform.
• Exploiting pricing errors, technical faults, or software vulnerabilities to place bets or access games at incorrect odds or stakes.
• Engaging in matched betting, arbitrage strategies, or coordinated bonus abuse schemes designed to extract guaranteed profit from promotional offers.
• Attempting to launder money or use ok777 as a conduit for illicit financial activity of any kind.
• Reverse engineering, copying, distributing, or creating derivative works from any part of the ok777 Platform or its software.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing ok777 support staff or other Platform users in any communication channel.

8 Intellectual Property

8.1 Ownership. All content on the ok777 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, interface design, source code, game assets, and data compilations, is the intellectual property of ok777 or its licensed content suppliers. All rights are reserved.

8.2 Limited Licence. ok777 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, redistribute, or commercially exploit any Platform content.

8.3 Third-Party Content. Game content provided by third-party studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi remains the intellectual property of those respective studios. ok777 operates as a licensed distributor of their content and is not the originating rights holder for game assets supplied by these providers.

Deposit and loss limits take effect immediately upon setting. Cooling-off periods and self-exclusion take effect within 24 hours of request confirmation.

10.3 Self-Exclusion. A Player who self-excludes is prohibited from placing bets or accessing their account for the duration of the exclusion period. ok777 will make reasonable technical efforts to prevent self-excluded Players from opening new accounts. Circumventing a self-exclusion by registering a new account is a material breach of these Terms and will result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of any balance on the new account.

Any Player found to be under the age of 21 at any point during their use of the Platform will have their account immediately suspended, all pending bets voided, and deposited funds returned to the verified payment source. 11 Limitation of Liability

11.1 Platform Availability. ok777 aims to maintain continuous Platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance, unplanned outages, third-party infrastructure failures, or force majeure events may result in temporary unavailability. ok777 will not be liable for losses arising from any period of Platform unavailability.

11.2 Betting Losses. ok777 is not liable for any financial loss arising from bets placed on the Platform. Gambling involves inherent risk and all Players accept this risk when placing any bet or wager. The platform provides entertainment services only; no guarantee of financial return is made or implied.

11.3 Third-Party Services. ok777 is not responsible for the performance, availability, or accuracy of third-party services including payment processors, game providers, data feed suppliers, or telecommunications networks. Where third-party failures affect ok777 services, ok777 will take reasonable steps to mitigate impact but cannot be held liable for losses directly caused by third-party failures beyond ok777's control.

11.4 Maximum Liability. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ok777's total cumulative liability to any Player in connection with any single event or series of connected events shall not exceed the value of that Player's account balance at the time the relevant claim arose.

12 Amendments & Termination

12.1 Amendments. ok777 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via the email address on file or via a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12.2 Termination by ok777. ok777 may suspend or permanently terminate any Player's account immediately and without prior notice in cases of suspected fraud, prohibited conduct, breach of these Terms, regulatory requirement, or any other circumstance that ok777 determines poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform or the safety of other Players.

12.3 Effect of Termination. Upon termination, all Bonus Funds are immediately forfeited. Verified real-money balances will be returned to the Player's most recently used payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements and provided no fraud investigation is pending. ok777 has no further obligation to a terminated account holder beyond the return of verified real-money funds.

12.4 Governing Language. These Terms & Conditions are written and governed in English. In the event of any translation being made available for convenience, the English version shall prevail in all cases of conflict or ambiguity.

12.5 Severability. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a competent authority, that provision will be deemed severed from the remaining Terms, which will continue in full force and effect.

12.6 Entire Agreement. These Terms & Conditions, together with the ok777 Privacy Policy and the specific terms of any active promotional offer, constitute the entire agreement between you and ok777 with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings.
